What to specify with artwork:

›File Format: 1-bit TIFFs at 2400/4000 DPI, layered Illustrator (.ai), or high-res PDF/X-4 with unconverted spot channels.
›Cylinder Repeat & Distortion:Exact cylinder circumference in mm and targeted % distortion (or specify gear pitch & tooth count).
›Mounting Tape Gauge: Specify cushion tape thickness (e.g. 0.38 mm / 0.50 mm) so relief depth matches kiss-impression height.
›Anilox & Substrate: Target anilox line count (LPI) and volume (BCM/cm³) for compensation curve assignment.
